Hotel Bon Sol (Where I stayed, such a great central location, super sweet design, friendly staff, and love the private cove shared with Roc Illeta. Love jumping off Roc Illeta’s ledge. Totally rec!)

Hotel Es Moli (Gorgeous reasonable hotel in Deia! Private beach was perfect.)

ACTIVITIES & Beaches

Itinerary:

Day 1: Enjoy Hotel Bon Sol and the hotel’s private cove. Grab dinner at Restaurante Illeta.

Day 2: Grab a quick breakfast at the hotel or in downtown Palma + picnic ingredients. Drive over to Santanyi as early as possible to avoid the crowds. Park at “Parking Cala Llombards y Cala S'Almunia” (search in Google maps or open this link!). There is then a ~15-20 minute walk to the beach, but trust me it’s worth it. You’ll hit Cala S'Almunia first, which is gorgeous, but get to the bottom of the stairs and turn left to make it to Cala des Moro. I would recommend wearing sneakers and not carrying too much as it’s a bit of a walk but trust me it’s WORTH IT!

Day 3: Your third day, grab a pastry or breakfast in Palma before heading over to Deia and Soller. Deia can be completed in just a couple hours but it’s so worth it, it is jaw dropping. So many gorgeous shops, make sure to pop into Obsolete and De Monio. If you time this to be a Wednesday, there’s a lovely market too. Make sure you walk the grounds of Belmond La Residencia, it is so worth it.

Day 4: I would highly recommend booking a boat day. This was perfect.

Beaches:

Cala des Moro

Cala S'Almunia

Cala Deia

Cala Gat

Cala des Mago

Cala Comtesa

Cala Fornells

FOOD

Sa Farinera (One of my favorite dining experiences! In Palma, super local, random location but great outdoor space, so happy and sunny, come here for the fresh grilled veg and steak! I DREAM about their garlic alioli. Need a reservation.)

Restaurante Illeta (A fun dress-up dinner! A little touristy but a gorgeous dinner. Close to Palma. Need a reservation.)

Ca’s Patro March (Similar to Restaurant Illeta, but this is in Deia. You only need to go to one.)

La Rosa Vermuteria & Colmado (Lovely tapas spot in downtown Palma.)

Neni (In Soller area. Mediterranean. Go for lunch or dinner.)

Rikito (Italian food in downtown Palma, in case you’re over tapas.)

Bar La Sang (Fun, funky natural wine bar in downtown Palma. Would go post-dinner.)

Nala Brunch & Coffee

Fika Farina Coffee & Bakery

Nama (Great Asian spot in downtown Deia. Need a reservation.)

Carrer de la Fábrica (Downtown Palma street with lots of restaurants.)

Bar Abaco (Popular cocktail spot in downtown Palma)

TIPS & TRICKS

3-4 days is perfect for Mallorca.

Rent a car! It’s a must.

Aim for Monday-Thursday for your trip. The weekend dates are much busier + full of bachelor parties.

May 20-June 15 is a great time to visit, crowds are super reasonable!
